Clare is a partner at Williamson and Soden and a member of Resolution, a group set up to promote an amicable resolution to family disputes. She has experience in all aspects of divorce from emergency applications for maintenance to contact and residence issues involving children and can provide an expert service to all clients in the areas of divorce and related matters.
Clare also provides commercial advice which provides additional expertise when dealing with family businesses during a divorce.
