Martin has extensive experience of advising on the employment aspects of business reorganisations, employment contracts, severance arrangements, and in Employment Tribunal litigation. As well as dealing with the more usual unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy matters, Martin has particular expertise in TUPE and equal pay. He also has a special interest in motor sport and other contractual issues in the sports field.
